Exams coming up? Feeling the pressure? Chill—we’ve got you! Join us for a fun and supportive Exam Survival Workshop where you’ll learn practical (and totally legit!) study strategies to help you study smarter, manage stress, and boost your confidence.
We’ll cover:
- Time-saving study tips
- Memory tricks that actually work
- Simple ways to stay focused
- Stress-management techniques to help you stay calm and prepared
Participants will also get hands-on by creating their own Self-Care Survival Kit. Decorate a wooden keepsake box and fill it with items designed to help you relax and recharge during exam time. Supplies may include treats like hot chocolate or tea, journals and pens, fidgets, small keepsakes, and other cozy de-stress items. This workshop blends practical exam prep with creativity and self-care—because doing your best starts with feeling your best. Spaces are limited. All supplies are provided. Ages 14+
