Join us for a fun and supportive Exam Survival Workshop designed to help you manage stress, build confidence, and develop healthy self-care habits during exam season.
Participants will create their own personalized Self-Care Survival Kit by decorating a wooden keepsake box and filling it with comforting items designed to help them relax, recharge, and stay grounded. Supplies may include hot chocolate or tea, journals and pens, fidgets, small keepsakes, and other cozy de-stress items.
Along the way, we'll explore simple self-care strategies, breathing and mindfulness techniques, and practical ways to support emotional well-being during stressful times. Your finished self-care box will serve as a tangible reminder to pause, reflect, and take care of yourself when you need it most.
This workshop combines creativity, wellness, and connection in a welcoming environment—because doing your best starts with feeling your best.
