Little Free Libraries

Five Little Free Libraries with a Free Food Pantry are brought to you by the partnership between Thornbury-Clarksburg Rotary Club, Beaver Valley Outreach (BVO), Blue Mountains Public Library, and The Town of The Blue Mountains. These Little Free Libraries are unique in that they offer barrier-free access to food security and expanded book access that supports your reading needs. Skillfully designed and built by the students of the Technological Class at Georgian Bay Community School, and artistically painted by Art Students of Georgian Bay Community School.

Each Little Free Library has a dedicated top shelf for food pantry items and a dedicated lower shelf for books. The Blue Mountains Public Library supplies books in these Little Free Libraries, and BVO supplies the Free Food Pantry. The Thornbury-Clarksburg Rotary Club provides funding, and the Parks Department of the Town of The Blue Mountains installs and maintains the Little Free Library.
