The Arts & Culture Council (ACC) was established in early 1996 as a companion to The Gallery at the L.E. Shore Library. This dedicated, volunteer-based committee is passionate about bringing the arts to our community: organizing monthly art exhibitions and complementing the library’s programming through a diverse schedule of arts and culture events.
The ACC is supported by a library staff member who serves as the primary point of contact for the public.

Join the ACC
The ACC provides many opportunities for members of the community to volunteer their time, including delivering fliers, hanging monthly exhibits, serving (Smart Serve) at the licensed Gallery openings, assisting in planning workshops and events and more!
