Meeting Agenda & Minutes

Regularly scheduled meetings occur on the third Thursday of the month beginning at 1:00 pm in the L.E. Shore Boardroom. There are no meetings in December or August. According to the Public Libraries Act, meetings are open unless they fit specific criteria for Closed Meetings. The agenda package, minutes, and monthly key message updates will be provided during each monthly meeting.

  • Agenda Package: posted one week before the meeting. Notice is also made on Facebook when posted.
  • Minutes: posted after approval, following the next regularly scheduled meeting.
  • Key Message Updates: This was started in March 2019 and will be posted following the meeting. You may also subscribe to the monthly blog where the Key Messages from the Board are released.

Reminder: Always check the agenda for adjustments to the start time of open meetings, as this may change from time to time, according to the Business of the Board.
