Welcome to the Museum at the Craigleith Heritage Depot!
A Museum, an Archives, and a branch of The Blue Mountains Public Library located in an 1880s train station on the shore of Georgian Bay. Explore our exhibits, find local history resources, check out our programs and events, and more!
Admission to the museum and archives is free for residents of The Blue Mountains, Blue Mountain Public Library card holders, and youth under 18 years. For non-residents a $5 donation for admission is required.
Open Thursday 12pm-5pm, Friday 12pm - 5pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm, and Sunday 12pm - 4pm.
The Craigleith Heritage Depot is open for library, research, and museum visits
For research, museum and archival services, please contact the Craigleith Heritage Depot by phone or emailing Museum@TheBlueMountains.ca. Our gallery space includes a small browsing library area, including non-fiction, fiction, children’s picture books and non-fiction, Junior fiction, and Young Adult books.
Outdoor Wi-Fi and library book return drop box are always available.
