With BounceBack, adults and youth 15+ can learn skills through online videos and telephone coaching to help manage symptoms of mild to moderate depression and anxiety. The program is free to people in Ontario and available in multiple languages.
To participate in the program, you can either get a referral from your primary care provider or self-refer by providing your primary care provider’s contact information with BounceBack. Within five days of registering for the program, you will be contacted by BounceBack with next steps towards feeling better.
