Do you have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, or concerns about your cardiovascular health? These conditions may seem separate, but they are often closely connected through your metabolic health.

Join Nurse Practitioner Lindsay Myles for a practical and approachable look at what metabolic health really means and how it can affect your energy, resilience and long-term health. Lindsay has a decade of experience specializing in liver health and primary care, and currently works at the Simcoe Liver Centre in Barrie as well as in private practice in the Blue Mountains.

Learn how different aspects of your health are connected, recognize everyday signals your body may be giving you, and explore evidence-based strategies around nutrition, movement, sleep and other lifestyle factors that can support healthier aging.

No matter where you are in your health journey, this session will offer practical information to help you better understand your metabolic health and make informed choices for the years ahead.
