The Word on the Bay: Writer's Expo

The program will feature:

10:10 - 11:00am: Money Tips for Writers - A panel discussion about the practical financial aspects of writing for publication;

11:10 - 12:00pm: Putting Oompf into your Descriptions - A presentation on how to grab a reader's imagination with vivd, lyrical prose;

12:00 - 1:00pm: Lunch Break - Bring your own lunch and mingle.

1:00 - 1:45 hrs: Coming Attractions - Upcoming appearances and book releases and a sneak peek at CollingWord 2026;

1:45 - 2:15pm: The Great Flash Fiction Relay Contest - teams of five competing for a valuable prize.

2:15 - 4:00pm: Survey and sign-up forms
