FORM: 2026 Art Supplies Sale

General Conditions

  1. There is no fee to participate in the Art Supplies Sale.
  2. Participants are responsible for their own sales transactions, including having their own change for cash transactions. You can choose to accept cash only or alternatively, you can bring your own POS (Point of Sale) device to also take card transactions. Please note that POS devices cannot connect to the library’s public WIFI network.
  3. This is an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, the event will move indoors to the L.E. Shore Library’s Gallery space.
  4. The L.E. Shore Library & Gallery is not liable for any loss of or damage to participants’ property during the event.

Conditions on Set up

  1. Participants are responsible for their own set up and take down.
  2. Each participant will be allocated an outdoor area that is roughly 10’x10’.
  3. Access to power is not available. 
  4. The Gallery will provide each participant with one (1) roughly 6’x2.5’ table (length x width). You may bring additional tables as well.
  5. Participants are responsible for providing their own supplies, including any decor, chairs, tablecloths (etc.). 
  6. Participants are also responsible for providing their own shelter, although this is not a requirement to participate. Shelters cannot be any larger than 10x10’ in size. Shelters must be secured against wind.  

Conditions on Items for Sale

All arts and crafts supplies are welcome. Items must be unused or gently used.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, the Art Supplies Sale will move inside to The Gallery room, where spacing will be more limited. Each participant will only be allowed one (1) roughly 6’x2.5’ table (length x width), provided by The Gallery. 

Please be prepared to adjust your set up to a smaller area if the event moves inside. 

Selection of Participants

Registrants will be reviewed to ensure a varied mix of goods at the Art Supplies Sale. We will confirm if you have secured a spot in mid-April 2026.

Confirmation
