Join us in the L.E. Shore Library parking lot for Sidewalk Astronomy with Chris Vaughan, also known as AstroGeoGuy! Weather permitting, Chris will guide you through a fascinating look at what you can see in the sky during the day. Using a special solar filter, you'll have the rare chance to safely observe the Sun's surface—spotting sunspots and other incredible solar activity up close. This is a drop-in event for all ages, so bring your curiosity and come explore the daytime sky!
