Delia Eastwood and Holly Kee present an exhibit inspired by a deep love of painting the beauty of Ontario and getting better at it along the way.
Both artists have spent most of their lives in the Great Lake region of Ontario and feel that the Niagara Escarpment and our freshwater lakes to be large and generous characters, rewarding us just by being themselves. They strive to honour the beauty of their home’s lakes, rocks and trees through drawing and painting.
While no work can fully convey nature’s wonder, the paintings created can be brought indoors to brighten our spaces when we are unable to experience their true form outdoors.
