Seniors Fitness has been postponed until further notice.

Improve your strength and balance and join us for a bi-weekly fitness class for seniors!  Help keep your body moving with some easy stretches and gentle aerobics.  Class is 45 minutes. Another class to follow from 11am-11:45am.  Every Monday and Wednesday.  Pay what you can.
