This May, The Gallery at L.E. Shore will showcase a vibrant new exhibition, Outside Inside, from artists Delia Eastwood and Holly Kee

Through their paintings and drawings, these two artists celebrate the landscapes they call home, capturing the essence of the Niagara Escarpment, Great Lakes, and surrounding wilderness in their own unique styles. Both artists are inspired by the raw beauty of Ontario’s natural spaces and the sense of peace and presence they evoke. Their work invites you to bring a piece of that serenity indoors, through images that reflect lakes, rocks, trees, and the quiet rhythms of nature. Whether you’re a regular Gallery-goer or just curious, we invite you to experience this beautiful show and meet the artists behind it!

About the Artists

Delia Eastwood is a Grey-Highlands-based artist. Her artistic journey began with and has always included drawing. She started painting as a student at McMaster University, and after graduating with a BA, she moved to Grey Highlands where she continued to paint and draw. She has pursued a variety of artistic subject matter throughout her career, including portrait, still life, and landscape. Using pencil, pen, acrylics, paper, canvas, board, and (sometimes!) Tyvek, Delia finds inspiration everywhere, from church renaissance paintings to representations of her own life.

Holly Kee has pursued a five-year journey as a landscape artist, exploring both technique and personal expression, all through the medium of oil paint. Relying on self-discovery and patience, she has progressed from basic landscapes, learning the fundamentals of light, shadow and perspective, to capturing the atmosphere and emotion of her environment. Looking to the future, Holly is excited to continue growing and pushing the boundaries of her work.
