Community Clean-Up

Meet at Town Hall at 2pm.

Come and help us to clean up Thornbury Harbour, the downtown core, the Georgian Trail and anywhere else in TBM! Please wear closed toed comfortable shoes and bring gloves and a Ziplock bag. Special garbage and recycling bags will be provided. If you can't make it on the 18t, stop by Town Hall during Earth Week (April 20-24) to pick up a special garbage bag and you can get out there on your own time.

Get ready to wiggle, sing, and play! Join Jennifer from EarlyON for a lively music and movement program designed for toddlers and their caregivers. Through songs, dancing, and simple instruments, little ones will build motor skills, rhythm, confidence, and self-expression—all while having fun!  No registration required—just bring your dancing shoes and smiles! Meet in the Story Tower!

Baby and Me

Join a safe and nurturing environment to learn and play with your baby (0–12 months) while connecting with other families and caregivers. Activities include sensory play, songs, rhymes, conversations, special guests, and more. EarlyON staff will provide parenting information, resources, and referrals.

Sort it Out: Recycle, Repair & Reuse Fair

Join Climate Action Now Network, Beaver Valley Outreach, and The Blue Mountains Public Library for an after-school, all-ages community event celebrating the new circular materials recycling program! Explore hands-on stations, games, and activities designed to teach recycling, repair, reuse, and upcycling in a fun, family-friendly way.

Activities Include:

Robert Burcher Presents: My Summer of Glorious Freedom

April 21st marks the birthday of John Muir, renowned naturalist, writer, and environmentalist whose passion for the natural world helped inspire the modern conservation movement.

Join us at the L.E. Shore Library as local author Robert Burcher discusses his book My Summer of Glorious Freedom, which explores John Muir’s time in our neighbouring community of Meaford, set in the beautiful Trout Hollow. Robert will share his research into Muir’s route to Meaford, his environmental legacy, and his recent experience guiding a camera crew through Trout Hollow to the old mill site and cabin—why they were there and what this connection may lead to next.  A meaningful way to celebrate Mother Earth by honouring the life and legacy of John Muir. Registration is required for this event.

Trivia Game Night

Play against each other or play as a group in a weekly interactive online Trivia Game Night! Fill your house with laughter and glee as you answer questions and compete for the top-spot on our scoreboard. Not available on Friday Nights? Don't worry! You'll be able to play Trivia Game Night throughout the week.

Participate through our website and our Facebook every Friday night at 7:00pm when we share the link to the game. 

Trivia Game Night is available to play all week.
