Seniors Fitness every Monday and Wednesday at 10am

Improve your strength and balance and join us for a bi-weekly fitness class for seniors!  Help keep your body moving with some easy stretches and gentle aerobics.   Class is 45 minutes. Another class to follow from 11am-11:45am.  Every Monday and Wednesday. (Holiday Break Dec. 24-Jan 4, resumes Jan. 5)
