Weekly on Monday and Wednesday, 11 - 11:45am until Aug 13 2025

Improve your strength and balance and join us for a bi-weekly fitness class for seniors! 
Help keep your body moving with some easy stretches and gentle aerobics.  

Every Monday and Wednesday at 11am.  Pay by donation. Drop-in.

We will now be offering 2 back-to-back classes!
Class 1: 10am-10:45am and Class 2 11am-11:45am (please note, Class 2 involves floor exercises)
