Sitting or standing, no matter your ability. Improve your fitness and balance and join us for a bi-weekly exercise class for seniors! Help keep your body moving with some easy stretches and gentle aerobics.  Class is 1 hour and an option to stay on for floor exercises afterward.

Every Monday and Wednesday at 10am.
Pay by donation. Drop-in.
