Showcases are available on a monthly basis to show items that have been approved by the Arts Advisory Committee.  The cost is $15.00 plus 20% of sales payable to the Library through the Chief Librarian.  A sign will be available directing sales inquiries to the Library Staff.

Individuals or groups are allowed one display every six months, provided there is at least four months between each exhibition.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

*        Interior dimensions of cases are approximately 51” wide by 38” high by 12” deep.

*        A cork background and bracket shelf system is installed in each case with glass shelves available.

*        There is florescent lighting in the ceiling of each case.

*        The case closes with sliding doors that lock.

*        The library does not have insurance on the contents of the cases.

Please note (for showcases with saleable items)

That prices and information be clearly displayed in the case and that all prices include GST and PST and the library’s 20% commission. Extra saleable merchandise left with the Library includes packaging. If merchandise is taken at time of sale, the case will be replenished.
